Greek Free Church Evangelical Inc from time to time captures photographs and videos during church services, ministry activities, youth programs, Sunday School events, camps, conferences, outreach activities, and special events. This policy explains how images and recordings may be collected and used.
Purpose
Photographs and videos help us:
- Share church life and ministry activities.
- Promote church programs and events.
- Communicate with members and the wider community.
- Support church publications, websites, social media channels, livestreams, and mobile applications.
Adult Consent
By attending church services or church-sponsored events, adults acknowledge that photographs or video recordings may be taken and used for church-related purposes.
Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should notify the Elders immediately.
Children and Young People
Greek Free Church Evangelical Inc takes special care when using images of children.
Where identifiable images of children are to be published, parental or guardian consent will be sought where appropriate.
The church will make reasonable efforts to avoid publishing personal information alongside children's images.
Where Images May Be Used
Approved photographs and videos may appear on:

- Church mobile application
- Church presentations
- Promotional material
- Church publications
- Livestream broadcasts (both shared publicly and privately)
Withdrawal of Consent
Individuals or parents/guardians may request removal of a photograph or video from church-controlled platforms by contacting the church.
While every reasonable effort will be made to remove content promptly, the church cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms where content has already been shared.
Protection of Privacy
The church will not sell, licence, or distribute photographs or videos for commercial purposes without obtaining appropriate consent.
