About This Ministry

Church Beyond Sunday

Home groups provide a practical environment where teaching can be explored more personally, questions can be asked freely, and biblical truths can be applied to everyday life. This reflects the pattern of the early church, which devoted itself to teaching, prayer, fellowship, and sharing life together (Acts 2:42).

These gatherings also create a welcoming and relational setting for evangelism. Friends and family who may be hesitant to attend a formal church service often feel more comfortable in a home environment where open conversation, care, and support are encouraged. Within this context, people can share their struggles, receive prayer, and find biblical guidance in a genuine and supportive community.

In a society where social isolation is increasingly common — even in large cities — home groups help address the deep need for connection and belonging. They remind us that the church is not just something we attend, but a community we actively participate in. By fostering genuine relationships and Christ-like care, home groups strengthen the body of Christ and encourage greater involvement in all aspects of church life.

"And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers."

— Acts 2:42
